Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4 is a transformative leadership journey for young people who want to learn, grow, collaborate, and contribute to society. The cohort follows the successful model of previous Pelican Fellowship cohorts, combining leadership sessions, interactive learning, team-building, exposure visits, cultural exploration, project-based learning, and community-centered discussions.
This cohort especially focuses on the youth of South Punjab, Bahawalpur, Cholistan, and surrounding areas, while welcoming passionate applicants from across regions committed to leadership, service, and positive social change.

Program Location and Experience
Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4 is designed around the cultural, social, and leadership landscape of South Punjab, Bahawalpur, and Cholistan, giving participants both structured learning and rich regional exposure.
The planned experience includes three days in Cholistan: leadership learning, cultural exposure, team-building activities, and experiential sessions tied to the region’s heritage and identity.
One day is dedicated to city-based activities in Bahawalpur, including orientation, leadership sessions, networking, group presentations, and alumni interaction.

Fully Funded Seats
More than 20 seats on a fully funded basis for deserving and highly motivated applicants. Fully funded seats may cover major fellowship expenses according to the final fellowship policy.Partially Funded Seats
More than 30 seats on a partially funded basis, reducing the financial burden while allowing participants to join the full fellowship experience.Self-Funded Seats
