Naveed Kalyar
With nearly eight years of experience in the social sector, Naveed Ali has established and strengthened impactful organizations, including CCE Pakistan. He has led various initiatives in social leadership and capacity building, helping empower youth and communities across the country.
Alongside his work in the social sector, he is also a business coach, providing guidance in taxation and business consultancy. His efforts have been recognized at both national and international levels. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD, further advancing his academic and professional journey.
Coming from the desert region of Pakistan, where he has spent the past 29 years, his journey reflects resilience, vision, and a strong commitment to growth, service, and leadership.

Ch Sharafat Ali
Chairman, CCE Pakistan | London, UK
Growing up in a small town in Pakistan, Sharafat Ali developed a strong belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, lead, and contribute — regardless of their background.
Today, based in London, he supports grassroots initiatives across the UK and Pakistan, including street cleanliness campaigns, solar street lighting projects, digital learning programmes in madrassas, and youth cricket platforms that promote discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
He leads quietly, mentors by example, and believes that meaningful change begins with consistent effort and service to others. At Pelican Fellowship, he remains committed to empowering young people and helping build stronger, more responsible communities.

Syed Yousuf Mushtaq
Syed Yousuf Mushtaq is a top-rated freelancer and an experienced creative manager currently working with IPAK Pakistan. With over six years of involvement in social initiatives, he has contributed significantly to managing operations and delivering impactful projects.
Recognized for his forward-thinking approach and strong organizational abilities, he brings creativity, efficiency, and strategic execution to the fellowship’s operations and logistics.

Marjan Haider
Marjan Haider is a PhD scholar at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) and currently serves in the PRO Office. As a founding member of CCE Pakistan, he has played an important role in the organization’s growth and outreach.
He has worked with leading organizations across Pakistan and has successfully organized several high-impact projects and has been awarded with some of the following awards:
- IUB Roll of Honour Awardee
- National Position Holder in the National Triathlon Competition 2020
- Former President of the IUB Sports Promotion Society
- Student Councillor at the Soil Science Society of Pakistan (All Pakistan)
- Former Ambassador at the State Bank of Pakistan NFLP Program in Bahawalpur

Dr AQIB Razzaq
Dr. Aqib Razzaq (Pharm-D, R.Ph) is a distinguished pharmacist, social activist, and global youth leader from Bahawalpur, Pakistan. A graduate of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), he currently serves as a Retail and Community Pharmacist, Chain Pharmacy Manager, and HR Head at Medi-Quick Pharmacy.
He is the pioneer and former President of the Healthcare Society at IUB and a recipient of the prestigious IUB Roll of Honour Award (2021). His contributions to public health and youth development have earned him international recognition, representing Pakistan in more than 10 countries as a speaker, trainer, and delegate.
Dr. Aqib has received numerous accolades, including:
- WHO Recognition for contributions during the COVID-19 response
- Future Leaders Award (2022)
- Best Global Educator Award (2022)
- Most Inspiring Man of the Earth Award (2022)
He continues to work actively on youth empowerment and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly focusing on Good Health and Well-being across Southern Punjab.

Faisal Ghani
Engr. Faisal Ghani is a development professional currently working with an international NGO, where he contributes to data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness. Alongside his professional career, his journey through the Pelican and Ibex fellowships stands out as a defining experience. As a Program Manager, he led multiple camps, guiding students through challenging environments and helping them build confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills. His ability to mentor and support participants while managing on-ground dynamics reflects a strong blend of leadership and empathy. This journey not only strengthened his connection with young learners but also reinforced his commitment to creating meaningful, community-centered impact.

Umer Ali
Umer Ali leads the media and communications strategy for the Pelican Fellowship, ensuring a strong digital presence, effective storytelling, and clear brand positioning.
He manages content creation, social media, visual identity, and campaign execution to highlight the fellowship’s impact and reach.
With a creative and strategic approach, he ensures the organization’s message connects with a wider audience, building trust, visibility, and engagement across platforms.
