Program Location & Experience
Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4 is designed around the cultural, social, and leadership landscape of South Punjab, Bahawalpur, and Cholistan — giving participants a chance to experience both structured learning and rich regional exposure.
The planned experience includes three days in Cholistan, where participants engage in leadership learning, cultural exposure, team-building activities, community-centered reflection, and experiential sessions tied to the region’s heritage.
One day is dedicated to city-based activities in Bahawalpur — orientation, leadership sessions, networking, group presentations, alumni interaction, and city-based exposure depending on the final program plan.

Four-Day Fellowship Plan
The Cohort 4 schedule follows a four-day experiential format. The final schedule may be adjusted according to venue, weather, and program requirements — but the planned structure is built on three days in Cholistan and one day in Bahawalpur.

Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4 provides funding support to selected participants — making the fellowship accessible for deserving and passionate youth.
Fully Funded Seats
More than 15 seats are available on a fully funded basis for deserving and highly motivated applicants. Fully funded seats may cover major fellowship expenses according to the final fellowship policy.
Partially Funded Seats
Remaining selected participants may be offered partially funded seats. These seats reduce the financial burden for participants while allowing them to become part of the fellowship experience.
