About Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4

Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4 is planned as a transformative leadership journey for young people who want to learn, grow, collaborate, and contribute to society. This upcoming cohort especially focuses on the youth of South Punjab, Bahawalpur, Cholistan, and surrounding areas, while welcoming passionate applicants from across regions who are committed to leadership, service, and positive social change.

Pelican Fellowship Cohort 4 is designed around the cultural, social, and leadership landscape of South Punjab, Bahawalpur, and Cholistan — giving participants a chance to experience both structured learning and rich regional exposure.

The planned experience includes three days in Cholistan, where participants engage in leadership learning, cultural exposure, team-building activities, community-centered reflection, and experiential sessions tied to the region’s heritage.

One day is dedicated to city-based activities in Bahawalpur — orientation, leadership sessions, networking, group presentations, alumni interaction, and city-based exposure depending on the final program plan.
