Pelican Fellowship is a youth leadership and peacebuilding initiative by the Cholistan Center of Excellence (CCE Pakistan). The fellowship brings together passionate young leaders from across Pakistan for an immersive residential experience focused on leadership development, communication, peacebuilding, interfaith harmony, collaboration, and social impact.
Through interactive workshops, dialogue sessions, cultural engagement, and community-based learning, fellows gain practical skills, meaningful connections, and the confidence to create positive change in their communities.
Pelican Fellowship is organized by CCE Pakistan in collaboration with partner organizations, facilitators, youth networks, and social sector professionals who are committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
Pelican Fellowship has successfully completed three cohorts, engaging participants from multiple regions of Pakistan including Punjab, Kashmir, Balochistan, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Each cohort has focused on leadership development, networking, cultural understanding, and community impact.
